AZ&Me™ Prescription Savings program for people with Medicare Part D is designed to provide significant savings to qualifying people who are enrolled in Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage plans and are having difficulty affording their AstraZeneca medicines.

Are you eligible?
If you are enrolled in Medicare Part D, you may be eligible for AZ&Me™ Prescription Savings program for people with Medicare Part D if you meet the following criteria:
- You are an individual with an annual income below $30,000 or a couple earning less than $40,000 per year
- You are taking an eligible AstraZeneca medicine
- You have spent at least 3% of your annual household income on prescription drugs this year
Program cost structure
Upon completion of the documentation requirements and full enrollment, you will have a choice of getting a 30-, 60-, or 90-day prescription filled at your local pharmacy (if prescribed by your health care professional), which could mean additional savings on the 60- and 90-day fills.
Individuals with annual incomes at or below $15,000:
- $15 for a typical 30-day prescription
- $22.50 for a typical 60-day prescription
- $30 for a typical 90-day prescription
Individuals with annual incomes between $15,001 and $30,000:
- $25 for a typical 30-day prescription
- $37.50 for a typical 60-day prescription
- $50 for a typical 90-day prescription
